Welcome to AuraMax! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AuraMax mobile application ("App"), operated by AuraMax ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AuraMax, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AuraMax. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You have not been previously banned from using our services

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address
• A unique username
• A secure password
• Accurate and complete registration information

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

4. Use of the Service

4.1 Aura Score System

AuraMax provides a gamified wellness tracking system where users can:

• Log wellness activities to earn Aura points
• Track progress through achievements and milestones
• Compete with friends on leaderboards
• Maintain activity streaks for bonus points
• Purchase Aura boosts to multiply points temporarily

4.2 Activity Verification

When submitting activities for Aura points:

• You must provide authentic photos or videos of your activities
• AI verification may be used to validate submissions
• False or misleading submissions may result in account penalties
• We reserve the right to review and adjust Aura scores for fairness

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to:

• Display your content within the App
• Share your activities with your friends as per your settings
• Store and backup your content on our servers
• Process your photos/videos for AI verification

5.2 Content Standards

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains nudity, violence, or graphic content
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains false or misleading information
• Promotes dangerous activities or self-harm
• Violates the privacy of others
• Contains spam or commercial solicitations

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Report illegal content to law enforcement

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Submit false activity data or manipulate your Aura score
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Collect or harvest other users' personal information
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions

7. In-App Purchases

7.1 Aura Points and Boosts

AuraMax offers in-app purchases including:

• Aura Points packages ($1.99 - $4.99)
• Temporary Aura Boosts ($0.99)
• Other premium features as may be offered

7.2 Payment Terms

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Prices are in USD and may include applicable taxes
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash

8. Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to:

• The display of ads within the App interface
• Our use of contextual information to serve relevant ads
• Third-party advertiser terms when interacting with ads

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of AuraMax is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Our Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including:

• Software code and functionality
• Designs, logos, and branding
• AI models and algorithms
• Aura scoring system and methodology

are and remain the exclusive property of AuraMax.

10.2 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the App become our property and may be used without compensation to you.

11. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Firebase (Google) for backend services
• Apple services for authentication and payments
• Google AdMob for advertising

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

12. Disclaimers

12.1 Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected promptly
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results from using the App will meet your expectations

12.2 AI Verification

Our AI-powered activity verification:

• May not be 100% accurate
• Is subject to ongoing improvements and changes
• Should not be relied upon for critical decisions

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraMax shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Personal injury or property damage related to your use of the App
• Any damages exceeding $100 USD in aggregate

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuraMax, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your content or activities
• Your violation of any rights of another party

15. Termination

15.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting your account through the App settings
• Contacting our support team

15.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Required by law or legal process
• The App is discontinued

15.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the App will be revoked
• Your data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy
• Virtual items and purchases are forfeited
• Provisions that should survive will remain in effect

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at support@auramax.app.

16.2 Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

16.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending notice through the App or email for significant changes

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AuraMax regarding your use of the App.
