How is my Aura score calculated?

Your Aura score is calculated based on verified lifestyle activities you submit. Each activity is analyzed by our AI system which assigns points based on the type, difficulty, and authenticity of the activity. Points can be multiplied with boosts, and maintaining daily streaks provides additional bonuses.

Why was my activity photo rejected?

Activities may be rejected if:

The photo doesn't clearly show the claimed activity
The image quality is too poor for verification
The submission appears to be a duplicate
The content violates our community guidelines

You can always negotiate with our AI to explain your submission and potentially earn more points.

How do I add friends?

To add friends in AuraMax:

Go to the Friends tab
Tap the search icon
Search for your friend's username
Tap "Follow" on their profile

What are Aura Boosts and how do they work?

Aura Boosts are temporary multipliers that increase the points you earn from activities. You can purchase boosts from the Store tab. Active boosts automatically apply to all activities you submit while they're active. Stack multiple boosts for even greater multipliers!

Why did my Aura score reset?

Aura scores reset monthly to maintain competitive balance and give everyone a fresh chance to reach the top of the leaderboard. Your all-time statistics and achievements are preserved.

Common Issues

Login Problems

If you're having trouble logging in:

Ensure you're using the correct email address
Try resetting your password using "Forgot Password"
Check your internet connection
Update to the latest version of AuraMax

Camera or Photo Issues

If the camera isn't working:

Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera and ensure AuraMax has permission
Restart the app
Check if other camera apps work on your device
Ensure you have enough storage space

Notification Problems

Not receiving notifications?

Check Settings > Notifications > AuraMax is enabled
Ensure notifications are enabled in the app's settings
Check if Do Not Disturb mode is active

Location Services

For gym check-ins to work:

Enable Location Services in Settings > Privacy > Location Services
Set AuraMax to "While Using App" or "Always"
Ensure you're within 100 meters of the gym

AI Assistants

AuraMax features three specialized AI assistants to help you improve:

Aurizza: Social confidence and communication coaching
Waurakout: Personalized workout plans and fitness guidance
Cauralie: Nutrition advice and meal planning support

Access them from the Assistants tab and earn Aura points for meaningful interactions!

Safety & Privacy

Blocking Users

To block a user:

Go to their profile
Tap the menu icon (three dots)
Select "Block User"
Manage blocked users in Settings > Blocked Users

To report inappropriate content or behavior, please email mipopov1010@gmail.com with:

Account Management

Delete Account

To delete your account:

Go to Settings > Account
Scroll to "Delete Account"
Follow the confirmation steps

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including Aura score, friends, and activity history will be permanently removed.
